I have over 24 years of clinical experience working with people facing anxiety, overwhelm, habits and emotional challenges that can feel difficult to shift.
In addition to my own practice, I train and supervise other therapists in clinical hypnosis — something that requires a high level of experience, responsibility and understanding of the work.
This level of experience means you’re working with someone who understands these challenges in a practical, real-world way.
- I offer both in-person and online sessions.
- Alongside my clinical practice, I also train and supervise other therapists in clinical hypnosis.
