What it’s like to work with me
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not sure what to expect.
My aim is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel comfortable from the outset.
There is no pressure to explain everything perfectly. We simply start where you are and work forward in a way that feels manageable and right for you.

Over the years, I’ve worked with many different people, and one thing is always true — no two experiences are the same.
That’s why I take the time to really understand what’s going on for you, rather than applying a standard approach.
My focus is always on helping you feel more in control, more confident, and better able to handle whatever life brings.

I’m naturally quite calm, practical, and easy to talk to.
With over 24 years of experience behind me, I bring both knowledge and a real understanding of people into the work I do. I don’t believe therapy needs to feel heavy or complicated — it can be a place where you feel comfortable, understood, and able to move forward.
