What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a safe and natural way of working with your mind to create positive change.
It involves a state of focused attention — similar to being absorbed in a book, a film, or your own thoughts — where your mind becomes more open to helpful suggestions and new ways of responding.
You remain aware and in control at all times.

Most people experience this state every day without realising it.
It’s that moment when you drift into your thoughts while driving, or lose track of time when you’re focused on something.
Hypnotherapy simply uses this natural ability in a more structured and purposeful way.
Why hypnotherapy can be effective
Many of our thoughts, habits, and emotional responses happen automatically.
This is why it can feel difficult to change things using willpower alone.
Hypnotherapy helps you work at a deeper level, where these patterns are formed, allowing them to shift in a way that feels more natural and lasting.

Will I lose control?
No. You are always aware of what is happening and can respond at any time.
Can I be made to do something against my will?
No. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, and you remain in control throughout.
What does it feel like?

I believe that real change begins when people feel understood, supported, and able to reconnect with their own inner strengths.
My role is to guide you through that process using hypnotherapy alongside other practical, evidence-informed approaches.
